flyinghaggis Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Just finished the PC version. As everyone else has said it's definitely worth playing and the plot, script, artwork and production values are awesome. There was something about the combat itself that wasn't as satisfying as it could be IMO but in overall it's really good.
synaesthesia Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 A game hasn't affected me as much in a long time, where I've put it down and gone to bed thinking about it, going over the "what if's" and the delicacies of the game's plot and twists. And I've already gotten a lot further through Bioshock 1 now than I did the first time round
Ghostgame Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 There was something about the combat itself that wasn't as satisfying as it could be IMO but in overall it's really good. Yeah, the combat was a bit lack lustre. Some of the enemies where designed really well but the weapons themselves where a bit boring and how the enemies behaved was boring in the extreme. Even with rails the combat did not really liven up Loved the game but one of my impressions of the game was that it felt like it could have been a bit longer. The main strength of Bio-shock Infinite is its setting and story line. The start of that game at the lighthouse is incredible, had me wondering what the heck was going on and left me so uneasy.
