Adobe coldfusion license

I have a coldfusion server I bought 1 year ago, I would like to sell it because I no longer am building the project in the coldfusion language.I had hired a coldfusion developer to build a project on odesk and the dev, delayed the project for over 1 year, so the project is now scraped and I am left with a coldfusion server on my hands, so I am trying to sell it. I am willing to prove authenticity to you in whichever way you wish, and as it is a secondhand license I am selling the product at considerably less than what I bought it for from adobe.

 

I am also advertising the sale of this product on a well renown forum digitalpoint. Can anyone please recommend how I can resell this product? I contacted adobe and they say they wont take it, I have to sell it elsewhere.Thank you for your assistance.
