What is the easiest way to give access to a certain member of staff to mark sheets? We have year 10 mark sheets that a temp head of maths needs access to. They are not bothered about each individual class as their is a maths year group mark sheet and they just want to see this.

 

I am new to assessment so have no idea what's the easiest way.

If you attached the year 10 maths course as a whole (not the classes that are displayed on its drill down) then select year 10 in the group filter option on your template (as the maths course Likely has year 11 in it as well)

 

Then if you make sure that the head of maths is listed as head of department on the maths class in course manager.

 

This should allow the head of maths to access the new marksheet that you have just created.
