HP Price Increase

Just a heads up. I received this from HP this morning.

 

Good Morning

 

Just to let you know that there will be price increases across various Product Lines of server, storage and networking hardware on Monday 18th March 2013. This is due to the continued decline in the £ against the $ other increases could follow shortly. All our major competitors will also be suffering the same effect on their costs so will either be reducing discounts or increasing list prices to achieve their profitability goals so HP should not be disadvantaged by these price increases.

 

Please note the following points:

 

 This will have an impact on any new pricing requests submitted for approval from Monday 18th March

 It may impact any revisions requested to existing bids

 It will definitely have an impact on any bids that are allowed to expire as we will not price match previously expired quotes
