Can't create a new GPO

While creating a new GPO in OU I got this error "the data present in the reparse point buffer is invalid" but it allows to link an Existing GPO... Anyone can help me plzZzzz

Have you run a dcdiag just to make sure your infrastructure is all good, a DC playing silly games with replication can cause stuff like this.
