Lots of things wrong. The aircraft would have not been at 19,000 feet for a start.

If it really did happen the passengers would be able to breath.

If a metal door had a hole appear pillows and blankets are not going to hold it together. If there was a hole these would surely blow out?

 

Oh and the door indicator I'm the picture isn't one at all. It's used to tell the flight attendants various information.

Ta for the link FN-GM, I read the first section and thought, hang on, air would rush out of the plane due to the pressure difference not in!! Thought I was going nuts. Never let the DM make you mis-trust your sanity!!
