mac slowdown issue

hi

 

we have a mac system with around 120 wireless clients with 10 wireless n aps connected to the switch with gigabit links

 

the juniper controller is the connected via the uplink at 10/100

 

when more clients come online the system slows profiles dont load users cant save work etc

 

any ideas?
