[Progresso] 4Matrix - what data do you feed it?

We will consider 4Matrix in the near future. Any guidance on costs (I like to work on a per pupil basis) and any comments on what the process is getting the data from Progresso in to 4Matrix and how to keep synched.

I don't think it's a per pupil deal. We pay about a grand a year (just under I think) and we have 700 students. We just built a report in SSRS to extract the fields we wanted in 4matrix. Open in Excel, copy, paste into 4matrix. It's very easy, but there is no live sync, so if you want up to date stuff (eg attendance) you'd have to do it manually every so often. We just update attendance when we add a new assessment series.
