Steve21 Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Morning All, SCCM being stupid again this morning, built a few new machines up as standard, same OU/GPOs etc and of the 6 machines, only 1 is picking up Windows Updates. (Also SCEP policies/updates) On the ones that aren't, can't find any particular errors in SCCM logs, and they're showing as compliant in the updates deployment, but show as having 0 updates which is correct. Stuck one in a test OU with no GPOs applying and still nothing applying, opened firewall fully on another to see if it's being silly and nothing. Strange thing is (as far as I know) all other machines before these have been working fine, and just noticed it on these ones which makes me wonder if server is having a spas more than the clients, but can't really see where to begin. Software update point sync ok, re-ran the ADR, it updated the deployment package, and updated the Software update groups. But still no updates appearing clietn end of on these few. (Will try to have a dig on some old machines to see if those playing up today too) Thanks, Steve
Steve21 Posted April 24, 2015 Author Posted April 24, 2015 Don't know what it is about this place of works but seems like it likes finding new bugs haha Support Tip: ConfigMgr 2012 update scan fails and causes incorrect compliance status - The Official Configuration Manager Support Team Blog - Site Home - TechNet Blogs Workaround seems to have fixed it on a few test machines, no patch released to fix it yet, so will have to see how that works over weekend Steve
