Mimio Not working

Good Morning

 

I have i mimio unit that i have had issues with from day 1. on Monday i was advised that while he was using the mimio teach it stoped working and that he presumed that it was beacuse the pen had run out of charge, that however does not seem to be the case as i have had the pen on charge for 2 full days without it being used and there is no life in the unit, has any1 had this problem or did i get a friday/monday unit?

I have got in contact with the local dealer of the mimio units, they collected the unit yesterday for testing, i will let you know what happens. thank you for your reply
