Error in AD Provisioning - Connection settings file does not exist...

Can anyone help with this. I cannot run adp service because of it. Capita say it is because the "ConnectionSettings.xml" is missing from "C:\Program Files\SIMS\ADPClient\ChangeTracking" but the file is there. I'm not sure what it should contain maybe someone could paste the contents of theirs for a comparison (see contents below). This has only happened since the summer 2010 update.

Thanks in advance.

Hi. Here's a copy. The files have been encrypted, do you have the means to unencrypt and check the details contained (adp_username, password and school\ou name?

Thanks Mark

In short no but I am less concerned about the credentials since the error message says the file is missing altogether even though it's there. So it is not seeing it for some reason. I was hoping to spot an obvious difference in the files but they seem identical????

I no expert in ADP, so please double check anything I say, but I understand that to move ADPS Server to the Summer Release, the server must be running ADPS Server 2009 August Update (sims 7.122). If you were running an earlier version you would need to upgrade to the August release first, then to the summer release. Don't know if this reflects your situation or indeed helps you or not?? Good luck with it anyway.

Regards.
