I got a phone call from a PR agency this morning. We usually get a few of these a week, often via email. Apparently he was looking fro Russ as he'd spoken to him at BETT, so I let him know that Russ was not here, and I was. He then began giving me the 'sell', askign who represented us etc. After a few mins I had to pop the question.

'Do you know who we are?'

'No'

Do you know what we do?'

'No'

'Do you know why we don't need any PR people'

'No'

'Try Google' I suggested.
