Contacting american companies

Could one of our fellow geeks across the pond do me a huge favour please.

 

I've been trying to get some technical support from a company called Periodic Labs who produce a piece of software called Elektron.

 

I've emailed every email address they publish which includes that of the owner so I'm losing hope anway, I also rang them last night and got a voicemail system so I left a message.

 

Could you please try ringing them for me to see if you get any repsonse +1 (510) 527-0601 if you manage to speak to anyone please ask them to respond to support ticket #243 urgently.
