Microsoft Windows 10 is great for education and seeing is believing. Join Craig Ashley for a demo driven run-through of features and functionality great for both teachers and IT. Starting with improvements to Windows that make getting devices up and running easier and performing great in shared carts. You'll see basics on making Windows just as great for 100 users as for 1 with simplified deployment approaches for cloud-first customers (Set up School PCs app, Intune for Education) and on-premise customers (Windows Configuration Designer).

Once provisioned, we cover the Take a Test secure assessment app, introduce the Microsoft Store for Business education functionality, review Windows Update improvements, and wrap with user features great for use in the classroom such as digital inking, wireless projection and Microsoft Edge. G Suite for Education and Chromebooks enable IT teams to deploy a scalable and manageable cloud learning environment. Join Google to discuss technical best practices to roll out and scale G Suite and Chromebooks -- to 10 or 10,000 pupils. This session will cover best practises for user provisioning from Active Directory or the MIS, the top Chromebook user and device settings network teams should set, and best practises for deploying Chromebooks & G Suite alongside other platforms. We will also have time to answer any questions you may have on using Google tools within your schools.

If you have any questions before the event you would like Google to address please post them below and we'll get them off to Google.

This webcast has a capacity for 255 people so there should be plenty of room for you all and it will be recorded and made available for download if you can’t make it.
