ICT TECHNICIAN

 

East Sussex Single Status Grade 5-6, Points 11-16

37 hours per week, full time

(Starting salary £16,186 per annum)

 

We are looking for an ICT Technician to work alongside our Senior ICT Technician to support and maintain our extensive ICT network and services. This will include managing the ICT helpdesk and prioritising tasks alongside maintenance and development projects.

 

You will need the ICT skills and qualifications to independently support the installation and repair of computer hardware, networks operating systems, software, printers and other peripheral equipment. Experience or interest in Apple Mac will be an advantage. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential as the successful candidate will show an ability to engage with a diverse range of support requirements for both staff and students.
