Brief Job Description: The post holder will provide IT technical support services to Primary Schools and small businesses locally under the direction of the IT Manager. In addition, provide in-school IT support to admin and curriculum areas

 

Brief Person Spec: The successful candiate will have strong experience in supporting Microsoft environments, have a good understanding of customer services and troubleshooting skills. You will also be highly motivated with good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

 

Applicants should have the Comptia A+/MCP/MCTS (or equivalent) and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience.

 

We are currently the only Comptia ACS for Networks & Servers in the UK, a 2X Partner and currently going for the Microsoft Small Business Specialist credential.
