The server method 'set object' failed - exchange 2010 on server 2008 R2

Hi guys,

 

Got a problem with outlook web access 2010 - basically if you navigate to the exchange control panel (options within OWA) and say you make a change to your signature, then click save - you receive an error stating " the server method set object failed "

 

I've been on google most the day and all I seem to find is to remove the host heading (within the bindings on iis 7) but I don't have any?

 

Driving me mad now
