Some users are getting the error below when they connect to our citrix servers. It isn't affecting everyone, just a random handful.

Windows cannot copy file \\app1\SP$\userblah\NTUSER.DAT to location C:\Documents and Settings\userblah\NTUSER.DAT. Possible causes of this error include network problems or insufficient security rights. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

DETAIL - Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

I have tried following the advice at After you install security update 885250 (MS05-011), you may not be able to view the contents of a subfolder on a network share by using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 to no avail.

Any ideas what could be causing this? The profiles work fine on fat client/XP machines, so it is purely a 2003/citrix issue.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Update: This isn't limited to 2003 server now. I've had another user who gets the same error when logging in to an XP machine, but not the one next to it.

@localzuk: I suggest you check how much space is on \\app1... the clue is in the error message. At a guess, you have restarted \\app1 which has cleaned it of temporary files and so for the time being you have space.

611GB free... It definitely wasn't a space issue.
