I hope all is well.

My school is part of the LGFL, when an end user first signs into outlook (desktop application) the user is asked to sign into .internal for example: John West it should sign into Johnwest@lgflmail.org but it points to .internal for example: Johnwest@.internal

To be honest my knowledge of this is very limited, but from what I can see it is because there is no autodiscovery record within DNS under Server manager.

I would appreciate any help.
