ZCI computer inventory system does not have the facility to:
	#Record change management
	#Provide a system for stock control 
	#provide a incident managemant that links with stock controll eg. when a piece of equipment is said to be faulty a new one is ordered.
	
I think that the things in zCI that are unnecassary are:
	#The register button on the "home" page
	#The headings Owned computers, Active computers, leased computers, ownership end. On the "Registered computers" page.
	
Seperate pages and seperate entries to the database need to be created for:
	#Change management (not sure whether this should be static or whether it needs to be linked to anything?)
	#Within "Registered computers" page the heading "out of order" should be added" (when computer device is in here it is removed from the "Registered computers" list)
	#Stock control
		#sub heading stock that needs ordering. (Queries "particular device = known suppliers" database to check if there is any known suppliers)
		#sub heading ordered stock (entering it here removes it from "stock that needs ordering)
		#sub heading stock recieved (entering here removes it from "ordered stock" and "removes the device or dependant device from "out of order" note: it will not appear back in the "Registered computers" list until the java app is run on the machine.) 
		#sub heading wrong stock delivered (adds an entry back into stock that needs ordering) (and puts a star by it in ordered stock)
	#"Not been used" page could be added to "registered computers" this would be on a time policy which would add a computer to this section if the pc had not been seen on the network for Xnumber of days.
		
	#Incident management linked to stock so if equipment is said to be faulty it is added to "stock that needs ordering" but check "database of spare parts" first.
	#Database entry for "particular device = known suppliers", to enable stock control page to display possible suppliers
	
	#Equipment faults also need to be linked to the "out of order" page so that they are removed from the list.
	#When PC peripherals are recorded faulty the pc that they are for need to be marked as "out of order" if applicable.
	#Add "database of spare parts" so that it is queried before a new entry is added to "Stock that needs ordering". Also could have an entry for a "ammount of each part to keep in stock" so for example if the entry for a projector bulb is 4 and the database has 4 in stock and it is queried for one it will put an entry in "Stock that needs ordering".
