Some of you may have noticed the article we published in January about our reaching 100,000 threads within the EduGeek forums, and then posted up some traffic stats that we have built up over the past year. This is something of a milestone, but what we didn’t quite go into detail about what just how busy the forums are and how our ever increasing traffic levels require a quite bit more attention than we admins can now spare.
It won’t be long before we start to hit 90,000+ visits per day now (we are already in the high 80k’s most working days) and this level of traffic requires quite a bit of policing and background knowledge of EduGeek and how we work.
To this end, it gives us great pleasure to announce that we have appointed 3 new moderators to help us out. So please raise an Edu Hobnob and welcome:
