Demos of two new types of musical instruments.

http://thebeamz.com/ - a light based sample controller.

http://www.skoogmusic.com/ - an instrument aimed at allowing SEN students to control sounds with a large expressive range.

Great products, I really like the skoogmusic one. Although I'd love to know how much practise they guy playing Hot and Cold has had.

I am that man - (in the video) I had started playing the Katy perry tune earlier that day and this was probably my 5th or 6th time? I think.

Learning tunes such as this is really very easy on the skoog using the SKORES colour coded (bit like singstar but without the cursor to follow) check them on the skoogmusic website!

Good stuff. It's good to know it's pretty much pickup and play.
