    Schoolcomms sends rich emails, i'm pretty sure they can be HTML. Schoolcomms ? Groupcall does too. Not sure about InTouch.

How to install SIMS on Windows Server 2008 R2?

Hello, I recently upgraded our server to Windows Server 2008 R2. I would like to create a NEW blank database for SIMS. I ran SIMSINST v1.21.3.0 and when it was just installing MSDE 2000 it said that it was incompatible with the operating system and that it needed to be run on Windows NT 4.0, Xp or 98. Is there a different version of Microsoft SQL that is freely available and compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2 and SIMSINST v1.21.3.0. If so, how would I create a database for SIMSINST or will
