Hi,
We're having real trouble with Sophos updates from yhgfl.
After upgrading to version 4, enterprise console won't migrate... and when Sophos Endpoint 9 is installed..... it DOWNgrades itself to version 7 after the first update!
Has anyone got any setup info from yhgfl re the correct sophos update servers and locations??
Cheers

Please see the following document available on SOPHOS website regarding upgrading from EM Library to Enterprise Console 4
We are in the process of rolling out a new SOPHOS repository with links to these documents

5th May 2010, 05:55 PM #4 Thanks I'll have a read. It's coming up with an error about Migration to sophos update manager.
I've also logged a support call with North Lincs council.

I'll keep an eye out for your support call, I suspect it's because of something called "Legacy Updates" that guide should explain.
