Ruckus Firmware required!

I have got a ZD1012 f/w 8.2.0.0 build 53
and I cannot update it due to proxy can someone send me
the f/w 9.3.0.0.87

Do you have a support contract? IIRC, Ruckus firmware is only distributed via them with your contract details.

Is the anyway to put proxy settings in?

the Zone director will only take you to the website, but you wont be able to download it. Unless you've got a direct support from them, normally this is done from your reseller. where did you buy your kit from

My reseller is trying to charge me £75 to come out and install some firmware on the ZD.
I just want to download the firmware and do it myself

You can create an account at the Ruckus support site. It's nothing to do with the reseller at all.

Basically, you create an account and they confirm who you are, then you can download the latest software.
