A laptop is constantly synchronising - solid monitor in sys tray with pling. Message states "Offline Files - Offline changes not synchronised" Set it going synchronises but then solid monitor icon returns.
Is there any way that I can find out what the machine is trying to synchronise?
XPs file sync is pretty bad, you will probably have to rebuild the database to get it going again as the DB is prone to corruption.
Not sure if more robust logging is avalible for it either.

Ok, I would be tempted to use Process Monitor and check out where it is hanging up that way. You could also use wireshark but that is a roundabout way of doing it.
Thanks will have a go at Process Monitor to see what it comes up with. Thanks
