Ruckus User Unauthorised?
We bought in Ruckus late last year and have been slowly deploying the AP's and setting up College owned laptops to use it. We are now at the stage were we want to allow pupils access to it also.
I have setup a new SSID and have told it to use AD auth. When users are shown the login page (http://ruckus/activate) it logs them on fine, gives them a key, load the key all connects fine.
The problem is the users cannot do anything beyond connect to the SSID, when you look at the current active clients if says the user is unauthorised even though they have authorised seconds before?
I know i'll be missing something silly but it's monday morning so thought i'd ask.
