could be wake on ac? or maybe the switch is being restarted and thus causing a lan signal? (if that can even happen - though i thought it needs a specific bit of code with the mac in it.)
Disable it in the bios ?
Use wireshark to track where its coming from WakeOnLAN - The Wireshark Wiki
sounds like its got 'power on after fail' we used to have the same problem here, the computers would be turned off, then 30 seconds later they would think the power had failed then turn back on again... just disabled it in the bios and the problems stopped...
Have a look at scheduled tasks on the server.
