Is anyone here using NSM and ISA 2004? I just need to know the ISA rule to allow me to control the server remotely. Any help? I am currently searching, but am just getting back to grips with ISA after a 3 year break.

Are you talking about letting clients on your internal network access the ISA server via RDP? If so, open the ISA console, go Firewall Policy, go to the toolbox, computer sets and Remote Management Computers. You can put an IP address or range in there.
isaserver.org usually helps me when i'm feeling stuck with these issues!

You need to publish the machine through ISA. Find out what ports NetSupport uses and create a protocol rule. Then use the server publishing wizard to publish the machine. Any probs, give me a bell ;)
