Extricom Network - Radio Stucked!

Hi All,
does anyone else have the problem where some or all radios in 1 or more APs show on the logs are radio stucked!
Clients cannot connect while they are in that state.
Resetting the Switch (if many) or resetting the POE does the job. Its seems to be happening more and more just recently.
