Tiscali, RBCs and reliability of mail delivery (both ways)
We're consistently having problems sending and receiving mail from Tiscali.
Some of that is due to the Netlinc/LSN mail forwarders being on blacklists occasionally, which is pretty standard when you've umpteen schools, colleges and libraries sending through the same ip address.
But I'm leaning towards most of the issues being due to something idiotic Tiscali are doing. To the extent that if I have a "$foo can't send me email" ticket, there's a better than 90% chance Tiscali will be involved.
Is anyone else seeing the same issue?
