Fibre connections on 3Com switches.
Hi all
I've just had some new 3Com switches installed but can't seem to get the fibre links to work.
The copper links are fine and talk to other switches but the fibre ones won't.
The web page says that they are enabled but inactive.
What should I be doing to get these talking to each other? There doesn't seem to be any definitive answer in the user manual.
The switches are Baseline SPF 2952's.

30th July 2010, 12:01 PM #3 you probably need to switch the dual personality ports on in the management console.
