Try Open-VPN-ALS, it used to be called Adito which was a fork of SSL Explorer when it was took over by Barracuda Networks.

I had it setup at home the once, and i set it up for someone before who worked for a small company and it works very well to be honest.

I have openvpn running on my gentoo box, with ubuntu, xp and win7 clients connecting to it.

It was pretty easy to set up, works well cross platform with the same configuratios
