Hi All,
I'm playing more with ruckus and I have uploaded a floorplan just to see what can be done. My problem seems to be that my diagram is not to scale. Has anyone else implemented this and worked out how to do it?
Thanks

15th March 2010, 10:58 PM #2 The only realistic option is to create a scale diagram, and use the slider in the bottom right to set the scale.

The problem is if I slide the scale button everything including the picture and the info from the access points shrinks or grows!

I think you must be using the wrong slider.
In the bottom right, there is a scale line with a scale in feet on top, and meters on bottom, clicking on this and moving left to right adjusts it.

That was exactly what I was missing. In my defence, it doesn't look like a slider, just a scale!
