It has come to my attention today that when viewing a students screen with NetSupport, the student knows when they are being watched due to the top of the screen going darker
Of course they have all caught onto this and know to shut down any app/game/porn to stop getting in trouble
Is there any way to disable this ridiculous 'feature' or is it corrected in later versions? If an upgrade is the only way it may be time to move to AB Tutor Control

I believe that this is an option that can be enabled/disabled using the 'configurator'.

If you load up NSS a welcome message should sow up then after that a classroom wizard should show then it will say to type teacher name and ect but at the bottom there is an option " Show Student Toolbar " untick this to get rid of the toolbar and I also recommend using quite mode on the client this makes sure that the client doesen't know that you are viewing them
