    Storm Control

I havent got this enabled on any of my switches (Allied Telesis 8350's)

Would it be a good idea to enable it, as we are getting slowdown in some areas and also seem to get a problem occasionally where a PC will just crash while sitting idle on the login screen and take down the whole switch until it is rebooted - I assume its flooding the network somehow

I sort of understand what it does but is there anything I have to consider before enabling it?

    Re: Storm Control

I've seen buggy implementations break multicast.
