    Open Source / Free VNC?

We have one server where another department need to access it through 'console mode' but if they think they're having access to VMWare Infrastructure client they can think again

Anyway what is the best open source VNC software? I looked at RealVNC but that appears to require a license for 'business' use?

You know you can generate a URL for direct connection to the console for any ESX hosted server, right?

    Ok..

If you use Web Access (browse to the IP of your virtual centre and log in to Web Access there), select the Server you want, and in the right hand pane there is an option to Generate Remote Console URL, with some options for limiting views.
