    GPUPDATE /FORCE /BOOT

If it still doesn't work, you want to use GPRESULT to find out why.

Are you running more than 1 script at logon? I think you can change then to run syncronisly (spelling ) Have you got this in the user logon script or as a group policy in the Users OU?

I used to put mapped drives in the logon scripts rather than group policies. Have you tried applying it to the logon scripts to see if it makes a difference?

Can you manually set up the drives on machines other than your own using those commands?

Is there anything particularly odd about your machine? Is it in a seperate OU, set to ignore inheritance of group policies or anything similar?

I would enable visible logon scripts

User > Admin Templates > System > Scripts

see what the script has to say about it.

I am having a similar issue when using Cisco VPN Client, I can connect and ping everything manually, but as soon as I ask a script to do it, it just provides me with Error 53 - Network path not found. Haven't found a fix but it is only effecting one laptop.
