We have recently set up a number of Fujits Siemens Esprimos running XP Pro on a Win 2K network. Experienced two problems with them today.

First: Network printers are visible but not accessible so students can't print to them - I'm thinking that perhaps it's a permissions problem that needs to be set when logged on with Admin powers or perhaps something that needs to be set at Server in Group policy?

The second problem relates to Office 2007 Word. Despite the home folder on the server being set and comes up as visible and accessible in My Computer settings Word is defaulting to the local disk.
