Netpilot

We have a couple of enterprise Netpilots
We have slow INTERNET
we have ping response all over the place when pinging Netpilots
we have constant <1ms pings to our servers


if anyone has a Netpilots could they try above test and let us know result

hopefully we can narrow it down


p.s We blamed the kids for slow INTERNET but have no broken up for summer so only 4 people in using computers. Ideas welcomed

Have you done something like speedtest.net?

The problem is on the LAN side
Wan is fine have tested that on a laptop plugged in direct
getting 9mb which is normal

What does speedtest give when going through the netpilots then?

Speed tests are no good as Netpilots caches them first see link

I am more interested in the answer to ping test request so i can rule it in or out of the problem. But need a Netpilots user with a school network attached to compare with. This may be normal. My suspicion is we have a machine on our network flooding port with packets I am looking at packet captures also just interested to know other peoples experience on this.
