Has anyone got North Yorkshire VPN access that can confirm whether or not the system is up or down?
I've been having no luck getting logged in today and a helpdesk ticket has been logged since early this morning with no further response..
I have all the settings but it seems either the settings have been changed or the system is down... I'd like to be sure...
PM if you can help.
Bumping this on the off chance that someone from the same area hasn't seen this yet.
The issue is still very much alive (or should I say dead)
