Network Printer
First time I am posting.
Hi all.
I have a problem with one of the schools networked printer, only this morning it has for some reason not printing just comes up error-printing, I had look and just turned the printer off and on again, the print queue was cleared and everybody's jobs printed.
30 minutes the later the same thing happened again, so I did the same again, and again it resolved itself.
This has now happened again 3 more times.
Any suggestions or help to what might be happening?

5th June 2008, 01:50 PM #2 It sounds like an issue with spooling. I'd check the print spooler on the server. Maybe restart the service?
Also, do you have a good amount of free space left on your print server?

Code:
net stop spooler
net start spooler
