We use our Smoothwall box to provide RADIUS authentication for the BYOD wlan on our network. Just recently (and almost certainly since we had our smoothie replaced a few months ago) we have been getting this message -
An alarm 'AAA Server Unreachable' was triggered.
Radius server [172.25.56.3] has not responded to multiple requests. [This server may be down or unreachable.].
The message will appear at random times of the day and there doesn't seem to be a pattern. I've looked at the Smoothwall logs and everything seems to be fine and there are plenty of people connected to the BYOD wlan. There doesn't appear to be any way of fine tuning this alert and I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue or has any suggestions before I contact Ruckus.
