    Strange one this. Doesn't sound like HP as I'm pretty sure they use UPS who pitch up to collect with their own packaging that sort of seals the kit on a board which is then neatly and safely placed in an outer container. Most impressed I was when I had to send one of the not very impressive HP notebooks back.

    I can't believe no ones mentioned them yet. Either their hardware failure rates are crazy low or no ones buys their wares. Still wanna know who this IT provider is...
