    Ruckus - Can't ping laptops

I have set-up a wlan, for our domain laptops. It is on wpa2, AES with a pass key.

I have configured the laptops and all seems ok. Pick's up an IP via DHCP and can get out to the internet.

The laptop is not pingable though and won't log onto the schools domain.

    Any idea's?

Firewall set to not respond for pings?

Logging on to domain may be due to the software not being active before logon can you force it to use the windows software?

It sounds to me like you might have "wireless client isolation" turned on for the WLAN (Configure > WLANs) in ZoneDirector.ImageUploadedByEduGeek1375271787.037761.jpg

Just a note to say I have changed the thread title to give a better idea of the problem at hand.
Could I ask that when anyone posts a new thread they give it a title that reflects the issue they are having please.

You also may have A DNS issue on your DHCP if you cant talk to the domain, try manually setting an IP and see if that works.

You're welcome. Did the same thing myself with a new WLAN on the Ruckus once last summer. You'll find the Ruckus config is pretty logically organised and bugs that cause illogical behaviour are few and far between. I've only hit a significant bug in one firmware release (Zero-IT config stopped working on OSX 10.8) and they fixed it a couple of weeks after I logged it with new firmware.
