Have 10 Ruckus AP's and a controller up and running in the sixth form for almost a year now! And all works very well. As it's the sixth form, Have a lot of IOS and windows on them all the time. Some months ago had a SIMS training day in one of the sixth form rooms with 10+ laptop all logging to SIMS with out any problems and on lag. Netgears always takes longer with one or two laptops!!! We're happy with Ruckus. Only got the 30 new AP's this morning so still in box.

Have you self installed the Ruckus? I've always thought of these managed systems being installed and setup by a third party, but perhaps it's simpler than that. I've not checked the costs for Ruckus kit though.

Netgear WNDAP350 proving to be awful. I've had two identical (hardware and driver versions) laptops sat side-by-side. One laptop will connect, the other won't.

Netgear support were very pleasant, but seemed as confused as I was.

I can't afford to waste any more time on it so will get the @Michael recommended HP V-M200 and go from there.
