I'm having trouble getting my Ruckus 12-month support contract renewed.

I ordered the renewal in September from my usual Ruckus supplier, and after 3 months they still have not been able to get the contract renewal from Ruckus.

Although the old contract expired in September, the supplier have been good and said they'll still provide support in the meantime.

Is anyone else having this problem (or other problems with Ruckus) or is it just me?
