NetGear uses a web interface, find the switches ip address and open it in a browser. If you don't know the IP look in the switches manual to find the default one and.or look for the Discovery Wizzard software from the switches vendor download page to look for it that way.
No such thing exists, I have already spent a long time looking for them
So read the manual and console into it:
ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/GSM7200_HIG.pdf
Once you console into it with a serial cable you will be able to find the IP address and use the web interface. You could also try looking for the switches MAC address in DHCP to find the address.
i tried looking in the dhcp, it's not claiming an i.p. there.
connect a serial lead from switch to pc (there are 2 types of serial lead only one works either a modem lead or a null modem lead)
run hyper terminal
set up a new connection to comx
connect
iirc its just menus go through them
