Whatsup Gold

Hi there,

Does anyone use the above monitoring software on their network or heard any comments about it?

I played with it years ago. It was very good back when I used it.

We have merged and are just looking at software one trust uses that and one uses Zenoss and we use nothing so just wondered what peoples thoughts were.

It was very quick and easy to get setup and running, I do remember that and they offer a free trial as well which is worth a bash: Network Management Software | Server Monitoring | WhatsUp Gold

I have used whatsup gold on a Global Network to monitor hardware/services and it is very good indeed! :-)

I have downloaded the trial will take a look when I get 5 minutes.

I used it in my old job and it was a great piece of kit :)
