    Thanks, seems to be ok now. The firmware upgrade was fine, its my browser that was at fault. Also cpu usage does drop back down after a few more mins.

    Do you know why there is a different power lead with this switch? it has a notch cut out on the power lead male plug and is apparently a hot condition IEC lead rather than just a normal IEC lead.
